The village of Newton-by-the-Sea is ideally located on the breathtaking coast of Northumberland, midway between Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick upon Tweed.
There are many historic castles, medieval towns, villages and attractions within this area, including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Alnwick. Also close at hand in our National Park are the beautiful rolling Cheviot Hills which stretch from Carter Bar, the ancient toll road into Scotland, to Yetholm Mains, encompassing heather moorland, silent forests and isolated farmsteads in tree sheltered valleys.

Three individual, converted cottages/houses and a lodge are situated on the working farm at Newton-by-the-Sea.
The small coastal village is located between the popular fishing villages of Craster (famous for its kippers) and Beadnell. Beadnell Bay offers excellent sandy beaches and spectacular coastal paths with wonderful scenery. The village has a welcoming pub, which caters for families and serves food, while the historic busy market town of Alnwick is only a short drive away.
